- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup fresh, chopped mint leaves
- At least 1 chili pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- Pinch of salt
- Dice the onion.
- Wearing gloves, seed and chop fine the chili, and add to the onion.
- Mix in the mint leaves.
- Mix in the salt and the lemon.
- Allow to stand for several hours before serving with curry.
